This comprehensive programme covers key areas including Milk Reception, Nature of Milk, Food Safety, Housekeeping, CIP (Clean-In-Place), COP (Clean-Out-of-Place), and additional relevant modules.
Who is Eligible to Apply?
- Unemployed South African youth aged between 18 and 29 years
- Must have a Matric certificate
- No previous work experience is required
Duration
The Learnership programme combines theoretical and practical training over a 12-month period, providing valuable hands-on experience in the dairy industry.
