AJ Personnel is excited to announce an internship opportunity with Wits Health Consortium (Wits HSD) for unemployed youth who have recently graduated from university. This 12-month fixed-term contract is designed to provide valuable workplace experience in various fields of study.
Internship Details

- Location: Northern Cape
Main Purpose of the Job
The primary goal of this internship is to equip unemployed youth with practical experience in their respective fields of study, enhancing their employability and skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete the twelve months of workplace training at the assigned placement site.
- Comply with all administrative requirements of the internship program timely.
- Complete all tasks assigned during the internship program.
- Follow reasonable instructions from mentors.
- Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures during the internship.
- Ensure professional body registration is maintained throughout the internship (applicable to Social Workers).
Requirements
Education and Training
- University Degree or a 3-year Diploma completed.
- Must be a South African Citizen residing near the office location.
- Candidates must be unemployed.
- Graduates should have qualified in the following or related fields of study:
- Financial Management
- Information Technology
- Human Resources Management
- Community Development
- Social Work (must have current Professional Body Registration)
Stipend
The monthly stipend for successful interns will be R6,000.
